Mark Hoddle
Director Mark has spent over 40 years in the Construction Industry. He has a wide breadth of experience across all aspects of civil construction with multiple examples of successful delivery of drainage of differing complexity and scope. This experience enables Hodz Drainage to provide a professional, thorough and effective solution for drainage works across all sectors of the trade. Health and Safety and Environmental awareness is a key part of Mark`s strengths and experience and helps to ensure Hodz Drainage provide a safe and controlled working environment whilst achieving our goal of providing the highest quality of work to the highest standards on all projects. Mark`s proven communication and stakeholder management hold the company in good stead with our clients and provide us the opportunity and capability to function and provide services to both the residential and commercial sectors of the industry.
Sean Hoddle
Director Sean is an experienced, capable and talented Drainlayer that has a proven history of delivering high quality and challenging drainage projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. Involved in the industry for 14 years, including a six-year stint in Australia where he was involved with commercial and industrial drainage , Sean has obtained his drainage, plumbing and gas fitting certifications, providing him with a very broad skill base across the sector. Being a certified Watercare approved drainlayer has led to multiple works associated with the public network, an area that requires a unique set of skills and a large degree of planning and organising. Lateral thinking and a strong planning ethos alongside a “can do” attitude and proven delivery record ensure his skills are well sort after and highly valued. Sean`s desire to provide the highest quality outcome on every site, and to provide innovative solutions to assist with delivery, holds him in good stead with clients, most of whom are repeat. Health and Safety and Environmental awareness are key strengths of Sean who has a very proud record in both these areas throughout his career. A team person, who leads by example, creates a unique work environment for employees that ensures the underlying values that Sean portrays and functions by, are also demonstrated by our employees.
